Uniforms are issued unmarked to an AOR, the office of the quartermaster for an AOR issues fitted and tagged uniforms directly to
personelle via the base or ship exchange. This way personel walking around AOR are clearly military or escorted civilians.
Brevetted sargent ranks are silver, while Brevetterd commisioned ranks are pinned since you have no idea how long you need to hold
the rank. Commisioned Officer's follow the Military Needs Must. You hold an Actual Rank, Honary Rank, Brevetted Rank, and highest
held rank and grade which you retire at when the military does not need your active service or you are unable to hold command rank.
So originally the United States Armed Forces had a tricorn which is a leather hat that the side button up out of the way of the lader or
box sights on a musket. It has the same issue as the dress team hat where do you put it when sitting down? The best idea to simply
remove the hats that can not being put in a pocket and pulled back out looking correct. If plastic banded hat is needed so that it always
mantains it shape too much effort is being spent in making the force look uniform. So a natural leather tricorn with insignia colored buttons
could be used with curbolis, curbolis means the leather is boiled in oil to hold it's shape, to form a cover that has to be taken care of much
like the polished boots, and have a leather band sew around the round part to buckle to the back of their belt, as the frock coat can be
draped over a chair as per the old regulations. Leather is used because the leather when unbuttoned to form a brim actually keeps the
weather out of your eyes. A major part of this modifaction to the uniform is a boring uniform hampers retention and recruiting. The current
rules as far as when the service coat, blouse top, dress shirt are really confusing. You can wear the undershirt and digicam with out a
cover in a no cover no salute area. You can not were an undershirt and dress pants. It is sorta common sense, sorta silly. If it looks like
a uniform it is one. Working on the flight line this makes sense but just walking around it should minium uniform or normal off duty clothing.
So you would always carry a cover and a service coat but what is actually required is what makes sense. Like in a current flight suit it
is nomex coverall alls that work like a dry suit. You could put a frock coat over that, and a military cover on your head. The same would
work for hospital uniforms. So when not treating medical patients or working on the flight line, your frock coat or other pieces could be hung
over your chair, so if need it is ready at hand while not interfere with the mission.

   Duty Uniforms
     Mess Dress Uniform
Frocked Rayon Velvette Berette with unit healdary sew on
(It is intended to be able to look impresive while being able to put in a thigh pocket and still look presentable.
The mess dress being about indcidual style and gen es say qua or what everyone thinks is stylish. What the general populus
thinks is the status quorum. Meaning what they think is the highest standard of style. So basically a round tam of shanter
with your training laurels hanging off it. Frocked velvet made of rayon allows it to be hard wearing and have patterns burned
into it and colors bright and shiny instead of subdued. Laurels are education. Having a lot of education means they would
sound like wind chims when you move your head.

Buff Leather Cuirboulis Tricorn with unit healdary sew on left facing flap and centered when the flaps are down
(This is inclement weather cover that has two buttons on each side that the leather flaps fold up over and button in place. The back flap
folds up to maintain a uniform apperance. When the weather in inclement the flaps can be unbottoned and folded down to form a circular
brim. The leather is soft full grain leather and boiled in to shead water. When the flaps are down the unit heraldry is visible centered
on rondel of the hat. This cover is to replace the dress team hat with the plastic brim. The base of the rondel is a leather belt stitched
in place to hang the cover from the trousers, britches, or gun belt.

   Boot top lenght frock coat
(being about fruit salad it is about indivuality. They all have to have shouldboard loops and collars. They are consturcted of leather
of split grain or top grain, rayon velvet, or wool. Subduded colors to better offset the shiny rank insignia, military operational
speciality badges, and decorations. Soft folded back cuffs to  accent the service strips that start at the wrist. White stripes
for every year for the first three years of service. The four year the strips gain a blue border. Being deployed to a combat zone
adds a red border. Chosing to stay in after eight years changes the strips to stripes for every four years. They change from a
white thin strip bordered in red and or blue to two white strips bordering a blue stripe for years when peace happened and two
red strips bordering a blue stripe for years when there was declared war. The cuff links are about indivuality so how many cuff
links and what is stamped on them is a personal choice not a personal choice. The metal is colored arum to match arum colored
chevrons and rockers and argent colored to match officer ranks that are argent colored.

   Dress shirt high speed rayon
(This is about catching the eyes of people and making and impact on people going oh that is interesting. Again this is personal choice
in pattern on it as long as it is shiny and catches the eyes. For when the frock coat is taken off it has to have shoulder loops
and a collar on which rank insignia can be transfered from the frock coat to the dress shirt. Which is why it is pinned or in the
case of shoulder boards buttoned not permentaly sew on. In the case of Sargents the rank is sew on so that each solider is
issued a new clean uniform when they make a new grade of rank. Comission officers are paid a stimped to replace their uniforms
every two years or when they are unservicable. Meaning they can not be repaired to look like new. If a solider is hospitalized while
wearing a uniform that uniform is turned over to the military police as evidence of injury and a new uniform is issued with the correct
rank and badges sew on. The buttons are colored to match the insignia. The cuff is either sew folded back at the wrist or a french
seam with decologe. Basically lace. Can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned. Most knight Ordis and Orders wear gambeson because
they have to train in chain mail as novices to build up their shoulders. A gambeson with the field over a soild color dress shirt
                         would also work.

   Undershirt
(This is about comfort the uniform needs to be worn for hours at time, possible more than one day if combat happens while wearing any
uniform. So soft cotton is the best choice. Being about indivuality this is a short sleved or sleveless cotton form fitting shirt. If you
are out of shape you better not have an issue looking like since anyone can exercise. Considering that personal training is
requirement this is likely not an issue for anyone.
Or someone on the heavy side will use to make the joke of wearing welcome to the united states of america...

   Baldric or Sash
(This does two things it supports a gun belt and buttons to the underside of the shoulder boards or the loop. Everyone wearing a mess dress
has the option of a visible firearm and sword or the option of a descrete firearm and sword. An infanty bayonett can be worn as a short
sword. Being actual service weapons they need to be clean and serivicable, and can be decorative as long as it does not impair the
ablity to defend those unable to defend themseves at what ever fucntion requires mess dress. Sashes are designed to display the fruitsalad
or medals when you can read them in a standard format salad.

   Aiguillette or Military Braid
(This is a decoration that shows certain military service above and beyond the call of duty. Decorations hanging off these are the same as the
decorations off a tam or shanter. Laurels and awards for competence.

An infantryman wears a plaid braided aiguillette of royal blue color to show that for all the technical know how the men and women willing
to stay to the enemy rifle or pistol in hand you will go no further, deserve recognition.

A chaplin wears a white braid with argent clasps on it to symbolize duty to faith. They serve as regular military service members that have
taken the duty to go above and beyond the call of duty to say they will defend their county as well as following the call of faith to save
people's souls. Chaplins wear skullcaps to designate their rank in churches. This way when people of that faith see the skullcap or tam
o' shanter with relious laurels they know what to expect from them.

A blue and white aiguillette is duty to God and duty to Honor. Every knight under arms to their countries service wears one of these. The
Knights of Columbus, The Bishops Court of the One Apalstaic Holy Roman Catholic Church, The Ordis Sancti Draconis, The Freemasons,
The Knights of Bees, and likely a few others are floating around the USA.  Other countries have some of those orders and ordis as well as
other orders and ordis. The motherhouse/fatherhouse is the main catheral of the faith and the main chapterhouse is the organzations
company address. This are setup by the states and or countries that the order or ordis lives in. Basically they are military prep schools.
The big difference is that a able bodied child of a certain federally recognized church starts learning faith and duty to go with tacits to teach
a harder set of eithics and morals to live by. Basically they are taught that the call of duty is more than following orders but achiving the
goal or working towards lasting peace while not yielding to evil. Taking the strenght of the infantryman duty to honor and combining it with
the chaplins duty to save peoples souls even the face of enemy fire.

A Military Medical Doctor wears a smooth braided red aiguillette or a red and white aiguillette of an corpsman, that can also be used as a
turnacate or simply to hold a dressing in place until taped in place. They also carry a roll of thousand mile an hour tape on them some
where. The difference between an military doctor and a military corpsman is that much like a knight is an infantryman and a chaplin, the
corpsman is a military doctor and infantryman. White because they go into harms  way with more focus on saving people than disabling
them. They wear their laurels off their hat. This way that those can be folded into a thigh pocket and there honor being kept safe while not
interfereing with the businees of saving lives.

Duty on the left shoulder, Faith on the right shoulder, knights wear one braid on either shoulder, serving both.
Other Aiguillettes are issused and covered by the military office of heraldy rules and regulations.

   Britches
(Britches not the regular duty uniform as they need to be blouseded into the boots. They need to be comfortable to sit in, and comfortable to
stand in. They need to carry two magazines of ammo that can not be misplaced if a frock coat is hung over a chair or in a coat room.
Puff and slash with pockets hidden in the folds can allow for bulky objects like a roll of thousand mile an hour tape, while being about
shiny cloth offset by subdued leather or cloth. They do have to use the same set of colors that the frock coat, brette and dress shirt use.

   Boots
(They have to be patent leather or shined to a glassy finish, but comfortable to be worn for long hours both standing and sitting. They
have have a folded down cuff that the britches can be blosed into that does not trail on the ground. So some height more than
four inches off the ground to riding the edge of the back of the knees. The folded down cloth covers up the buttons on the britches
or trousers that button through the boots upper hidden by the folded down edge. This presents a uniform material from toe to heal,
and from sole to collar. Patent leather is pvc (Plastic Vyinal Coating) coated leather and require being worn in for the plastic to be
flexible enough for comfort but resist most chemicals and weather from interfering with the task at hand. Steel plates cause the wearer
to be tossed by land mines instead of crippled. Vibrations like heavy amps ride up the body which causes the feet to go numb so
should be optional. The boots should be white or patent leather, so that they reflex light and are polished to gleem. Laces being thread
need to match the colors of the cloth. The heel should be no higher than the the personel can raise their heel while the balls of their
feet are still on the ground. They should not visiably show any logos other than personal or unit heraldy or *The regulations require only
patent leather and cow hide bleached white to dyed a differnt color. DCU have suede new buck leather for desert climates and Patent
leather is dyed as dark as possible to create a mirror finish when coated with Plastic vyinal coating. Basically they are conflicting in many
places for combat boots. I wore dress boots, gator skin cow boy boots, and various matterhorn and jump boots. As to point it is about
looking impresive and showing off attention to detail, while not interfering with the mission or task at hand.

   Belt
(This makes certain that if you eat too much at a social event you can let your pants out a notch while not having them fall down around your
ankles. It would be leather or milspec webbing. decorations or stamped patterns are fine as long as they do not interfere with the main
function of making sure your belt holds your pants at their proper height. That changes person to person based on anatomy.

   Duty Pistol and Sword
(Clean and serviable. loaded but not with one in the chamber. Two extra magazines some where acessible on the person. A training record
signed off by a range officer must be on file for Compentancy in those paticural arms. Swords currently approved for training are sabers,
epees, rapiers, bayonetts and k-bars. Estocs, hand and half swords, and arming swords have been used by the United States of America
Armed Forces in the past so may be listed still. Pistols need to be in service calibers and use military ordinance. Currently that is 5.7mil,
6.8mil, 9mil, 40 cal, 45 cal, 380 ACP.  50 cal is an antimaterial round and would have to be shot at a material target to disable an enemy
combatant, and not directly at an enemy combatatant. Such as a plate glass window or wall. Shooting the wall to fall over has the issue of
doing more damage to the surounding area, thus illegal as a military round for anti-personel use. Depending on if knives or full sized swords
are used and if a sholder holster is used to discretely hide the duty pistol under the frock coat or dress shirt, determines what type of gun
belts are required. Thigh holsters would work with some load outs and not with others.

   Gloves and atruments
(The gloves are optional but if worn need to be leather or fabric bleached white as snow to show every sigh of dust or dirt.
Glasses have to be servicealbe and translucent. They have to let enough light pass through then so that a military TO can be read without
                         taking them off.
Medical personal have to have mop suit level gloves for treatment on them at all times. The thousand mile an hour tape can be worn in a
thigh pocket or hung off a belt in a medical sealed pouch with a red cross and white package.

As per the Universal Code of Military Justice underware and socks have to be worn with the uniform.
(As to what type it has to warm when wet plus clean and servicealbe when put on. Techinally the regulation say at all times but taking a shower
in clothing tends to get the clothes cleaner than the body.)

     Formal Dress Uniform (Class A)
Frocked  Rayon Velvette Berette unit healdary sew on
(It is intended to be able to look impresive while being able to put in a thigh pocket and still look presentable. So basically a round tam of shanter
with your training laurels hanging off it. Frocked velvet made of rayon allows it to be hard wearing and have patterns burned into it and
colors bright and shiny instead of subdued. Laurels are education. Having a lot of education means they would sound like wind chims when
                         you move your head.

(Service Coat is of leather or service color. Service color with a unified force structure would be based on unit heraldy. Unit heraldy is limited to
certain recognized colors and tints and a certain number of them. Designs can not include specific equipment. Like a M16 type rifle works
but not a springfield one. Unit patch and name tags have to be sew on. Meaning if a patch is arum, gules and vert then the uniform would
color on a tint or field. So if the edge of the patch is arum, then the service color could be gules or vert. If the patch uses a checkerboard
field then the service color could be a field of checkerboards if the patches all have solid colors as a border. When the commnader of unit
changes the unit can adopt a new unit patch. It is the majority of the unit that has to want to change the unit patch. Veterns can show their
dod isssued vetern identiication to buy new uniforms as ready reseve from any military base, including vetern administration hospitals.
DHDR are just stupid civians who could not understand the UCMJ. The rank insignia can not conflict with the service uniform or bottons so
the buttons are of the same color as the rank insignia. Chevrons are arum so gold or brass buttons, this also means that the service coat
can not be arum colored if the edge of the rank insignia or heraldy patch is arum colored. The units can be looked up at all times on the
Department of Defense website with a contact page to find out if someone is pretending to be of that unit. Soft folded back cuffs to accent
the service strips that start at the wrist. White stripes for every year for the first three years of service. The fourth year the strips gain a blue
border. Being deployed to a combat zone adds a red border. Chosing to stay in after eight years changes the strips to stripes for every four
years. They change from a white thin strip bordered in red and or blue to two white strips bordering a blue stripe for years when peace
happened and two red strips bordering a blue stripe for years when there was declared war. The cuff links are about indivuality so how
many cuff links and what is stamped on them is a personal choice not a personal choice. The metal is colored arum to match arum
colored chevrons and rockers and argent colored to match officer ranks that are argent colored.)

Service Colored Dress shirt high speed rayon
(Service Dress Shirt is a shiny materail to offset the solid colors and intended to be field instead of solid color but if the service coat is a field,
then the service dress shirt as to be solid color. The colors come from the unit heraldy. The unit desingation is sew onto the chest pockets
or sleeves. body rigs that strap to the chest require unit designation to be visible at all times, thus have to be on the arm sleves.) Most
knight Ordis and Orders wear gambeson because they have to train in chain mail as novices to build up their shoulders. A gambeson with
the field over a soild color dress shirt would also work. A good example would be undershirt, then dress shirt in a class a color then a
gambeson in a digicam type pattern, think a sleeve less padded vest then the service coat designed to be worn open at ease and buttoned
at the position of attention. The front ammo pockets were for holding the front edges of the coat to the sides like a suit coat with your
hands in your pants pockets. This works with the patches and rank on the sleeves and insigina on the dress collar.

   Undershirt
(Cotton t-shirt thin and soft enough to be worn under the service uniform. If it shows it has to be unit colors with the unit heraldy screen printed on
it. If it does not show it falls under don't ask don't tell.)

   Baldric or Sash
(The service baldric is not for wearing medals on but for keeping the weight of the service weapons well distrubted on the body. Thigh rigs pull the
pants down when not supported with a belt. If a thigh rig is used it needs to be supported with a baldric. The service coat can be worn with
concealed shoulder harness to present a more polite face but every troop is resposabile for having it at hand when needed. It is not to cover
up unit designation unless unit designation is worn on the shoulder.

   Aiguillette or Military Braid
(This is a decoration that shows certain military service above and beyond the call of duty. Decorations hanging off these are the same as the
decorations off a tam or shanter. Laurels and awards for competence.

This way when people of that faith see the skullcap or tam

goal or working towards lasting peace while not yielding to evil.

   Trouser
(Service Trousers are the regular duty uniform and have to look profesional as well as not intefere with combat. They need to look good with the
regulation military boots, blosed into the tops of the dress boots or hanging down to four inches above the ankle. Thigh pocket to hold the
military cover on one side and ammo magazines on the other unless the ammo is carried in the ammo pockets on the dress shirt.
Infantymen who have survived combat wear a blood red stripe down the outsides to show they are combatatants first. The service trouser
match the service coat in solid color or a field if the service dress shirt is a solid color. If the service coat and trouser are a solid color, top
grain leather dyed to match the service coat is a valid trouser. If the dye fades too much so that the service coat's color does not match the
trouser then the entire uniform is unservicable. The buttons have to match the service coat's rank insignia. Chevrons being arum, so gold or
                         brass buttons.)

They should not visiably show any logos other than personal or unit heraldy. The unit guide on or healdry officer
maintains the ayes of units rank and file over the duty boots chosen by the unit. No more than a cowboy boot style heel to prevent walking
injuries. *The regulations require only patent leather and cow hide bleached white to dyed a differnt color. DCU have suede new buck
leather for desert climates and Patent leather is dyed as dark as possible to create a mirror finish when coated with Plastic vyinal coating.
Basically they are conflicting in many places for combat boots. I wore dress boots, gator skin cow boy boots, and various matterhorn and
jump boots. As to point it is about looking impresive and showing off attention to detail, while not interfering with the mission or task at
                         hand.

Thigh holsters would with some load outs and not with others.

Informal Service Uniform (Class B) - These are speciality uniforms for paramedics, doctors, flight suits, plus base authorized wear. -
Frocked  Rayon Velvette Berette unit healdary sew on
(It is intended to be able to look impresive while being able to put in a thigh pocket and still look presentable.

Garrison Cap with unit healdary sew on or permentaly inked on
(It is intended to be able to look impresive while being able to put in a thigh pocket and still look presentable. Basically a baseball cap or
brimmed round cap. Rayon/Cotton body with or without mesh backing. This includes the baseball caps that were used because it was
cheaper to have them printed up or embordied.)

   Service Frock Coat
( Short sleeved version so that chevrons and identifcation can be worn over another type of upper covering when moving between tasks. The coat      has material to cover if you sat in oil or got covered in oil or pnenmatic fluid while working on equipement. This allows for the frock coat to be      buttoned over a messy duty uniform coat or shirt so the rank insignia is clearly legible and presenting a more presentalbe look, until a clean
uniform can be put on after a shower. The frock coat is coat designed to look formal while being able to wear in inclement weather. The informal
service coat version still has to be in the units colors, with  Collar and shouldboard insignia start with shouldboard, airborne qualifed, special
operations command tag, Unit Heraldy, Sargent Rank Insigna, all above the elbow. Rangers tab is part of the unit heraldry. )

Technical Labratory Coat with unit patches on sleeves
(This is governed by the needs of the military speciality that need to use on. Collar and shouldboard insignia start with shouldboard,
airborne qualifed, special operations command tag, Unit Heraldy, Sargent Rank Insigna, Rangers tab is part of the unit heraldry. )

Fligth Suit with unit patches on sleeves
(This is governed by the needs of sitting in hard vaccum. All flight suit have to be appoved for space plus use. With the possibly of hard suits the patch designation of airborne qualifed, special operations command tag, Unit Heraldy, Rank Insigna can be enameled on. )

Nomex Maitanece coveralls with unit patches on sleeves
(This is governed by the needs of the military speciality that need to use on. Collar and shouldboard insignia start with shouldboard,
airborne qualifed, special operations command tag, Unit Heraldy, Sargent Rank Insigna. Rangers tab is part of the unit heraldry.)

Ordinace design and safety coveralls with unit patches on sleeves
(This is governed by exposure to unconventional weapons. Collar and shouldboard insignia start with shouldboard, airborne qualifed,
special operations command tag, Unit Heraldry, Sargent Rank Insigna. Rangers tab is part of the unit heraldry.)

   Service Trousers
(These are dress pants that meet the needs of matching the informal service coat or operational speciality needs.)

   Water Service Trousers
(These are basically fisherman's shorts which is rayon or silk that hang like trousers when tied in place but are not sewed so that
in the event a person has to jump into water to save someone they offer minial drag and can be untied and discharged in the
water to not interfer with the mission. They would be designed to match the field or color of the frock coat.
Single color patterns are solids. Most common use is to wear over a bathing suit to preserve dignity.)

   Service Skirt
(These are skirts that are worn as optional clothing issue but have to be worn with stocking as the regulation
states no bare skin other than past the sleeve cuff or above the collar.

   Service Boots
(These are either dress boots or boots from combat boots.)

   Informal Service Boots
(These are leather boots or dress shoes made of leather that have no more than a six inch heel.)

   Water Service Sandels
(These are a hard rubber sole or leather cleated sole with either legionare style straps or aqua socks
style covering.)

Womens uniform parts that do not fall under acurtaments.
(I know there is bunch of women's acurtaments that are covered by the universe code of military justice.
anything that does not fall under that that is needed by women for their daily life is covered here.)

     Physical Training Uniform
(These are uniforms designed to be worn when exercising and then laundered to prevent bodily fluids from
    causing any issues.)
Just a quick note here, while this is a way that the usa military may end using as part of the unifacation of command the United States of America's congress military oversight commitee likely would have to present it to congress as a whole. I have access to early proposals as I am part of one of the United States Military Oridis. I post it as fiction to allow for it to be documented so that when they get around to finalizing the structure they don't have to fight copy right, which is why I use all rights reserved. I served as an Ambassadore to several forigne militires, including several knight orders and ordis, years ago so I know that one of the biggest stumbling blocks to unifing the command stucture is getting other countries to match the changes as you need to know who salutes whom when dealing with allied countries.

Below is the documentation for the miltary for the story, which is based on unfied army project that was start before I made rank back in 1993, and is an ongoing project. Things like opec treaties and NATO are results of people trying to trade rather attack other countries that hold soverity or supreme rule in an area. Army of Armies came about becasue the United States had a navy and an army. When Generals and Admirals argue who has more standing nothing gets done as someone has to be able to say do it this way and if it does not work we try it another way. Only it get expensive to have the mairnes have their own planes, troops and equipement because they think they need training one way and the army says this is good enough, and the air force says we need to do it a third way. The military learned how combined arms works in practice in the gulf war and actions all over the world supressing terrorism and drug cartels. It is why they slowing trying to unify into one chain of command based on area of responsablity. One of the things I plan to play with in the story were the military has made it through this process already as a what if. I was an idiot growing up, not a stupid kid just one that said why not and that sounds like fun a few too many times. I climbed the face of ockanikon free climbing because I got about forty of fifty feet up and could not figure out how to get down without falling so I thought how much further could it be. About a hundred twenty five feet up and though I really should have just jumped down. But after something like repealing face first was nothing. So at the nineteen ninty three jamboree I told the jump instructor I wanted to go down the wall face first. I said it is how the special force do it. He laughed and said if I broke my nose it was my problem but he was not going to stop me if I knew what I was doing. We had to ties swiss seats which is what you use repelling out in the wild not the premeaused ones because they can be used for other things and you might have to rescue someone. So I had it tied right the first time and I shouted belay on, and ran down the wall face first with small jumps controlling my rate of speed with the hand behind me. At the bottom I was handed an Airborne tag, to certify that I was airborne qualified. I was a life scout and senior patrol leader so it was cool but not really that big of deal to me. I had gone repelling hundreds of times before and the tower was only thirty feet high. The cliff face we used to repell at was about one hundred ten feet tall because we had twenty feet of rope left over on both ends to tie off. The face from bottom to top was five hundred feet. But like I said I was idiot most of the time so when I made it through the special forces course a dozen times over  under the qualifing time and have four minutes underwater as scuba organaziton with only a snorkle meet the seals water requirements. I was not using the snorkle but having it around my neck and being underwater long enough that someone had to check to make sure I was alive was funny. So I was silly and pinned two officers insignia to my should boards. I was being silly and I was in a boy scout's class A uniform. Someone saluted and I saluted back, then I ran into MSGT Chacocobo. I asked him if he had anything for me. He laughed and said no. Then he blinked and said stand right there at the position of attention and don't move. Technically I hold an honorary rank of Knight of the Bishop's Court because of John Paul the second knighting me at my confirmation the year before and the regulation said anyone who completes the qualifacation course is special forces so after standing there for about two hours. He came back and said it it don't beat all, and handed me my delta force graduation patch and special forces tag. Special Forces being allowed to brevet themselves up and boy scouts being part of recruiting command, I found my self in trouble for early enlistment. So I was told I had to join the military when I turned eighteen or I graduated highschool. So come nineteen ninety seven, two special investigators show up to where I lived and told me to go enlist or go through the acadamies either way I had to be active duty before I turned nineteen. I kinda did not take them serious but looked into and was told to just enlist and work my way up through the ranks until my actual rank matched my honory rank, or I was required to go back to being an officer. The cardinal that knighted me had become Pope of the One Apostila Holy Roman Catholic Church, and when I talked to him in vatican city, he sighed and said we have to do something with you and all the orders would love to have you but you need a local ordis not an order in some other country. He said these are the catholic orders that are of standing but all the members are dead pick one of them and I can recristian it as an United States of America Ordis, or scantified order. I am still in high school and more interesting in music concerts and girls than being a stuffy priest. I said to him that I told monsigner Alphonso Sharky that I did not want to be a priest because I did not want to give up sex. He laughed and said these are all heridary orders one of your kids is going to get stuck with the order, when you can no longer lead it. So you are going to have to get married and have kids, if you want to stay catholic. I grinned and said I understand the sex part how hard can getting married be. He looked at me and said we know you figured out the sex part that was part of the problem, then he looked at the other guy and said make a note about the nun she is back in england as noble woman since her mom decided that getting pregant was good enough since this idiot is a knight. But he needs more rank and an knight commander has enough standing for her daughter. He laughed and said the trade of the church england being catholic again was worth the chaos having an american ordis of standing. My colors are Argent, Azure, and Navy Blue to contrast the Ordis's Colors of Gules and Night Sky. Technically Knight Commanders, Lord Commanders and Crown Commanders are addressed as
Most Dignified but usually most of us start laughing when people use that as we laugh as say the Most Holy is the pope
everyone else has enough to deal with.

Combat Duty Uniform - This needs to be a militay needs must. -
Meaning that the needs of combat over rule what make sense most of the time. So the combat uniform is a combat rig that hangs in the closet
until deployed to a combat area. Boots on the ground decide what they need to issue people, what what milspec gear is allowed in their AOR.
The late nineties Battle Dress Uniform and desert combat uniform is good example of field worn on the service coat and trousers. They were
made of high speed rayon but called cotton so people did not ask stupid questions. Rayon is any plant fiber chemically bonded to other fibers      and or metals. Cotton is plant fiber from one paticualr plant twisted agaisnt itself to create thread, which is woven into cloth. The BDU need to      breathe and be cut resistant. Cotton was not able to do that but one company created a bamboo cloth that was as soft as cotton.

Military Combat Cover - This protects your head from enemy fire.
    (-)

Military Battle Harness - This is a combat rig either full or partial.
    (-)

Aiguillette or Military Braid - This is because much like always be prepared you have no idea when it may come in handy as piece of rope.
    (-)

Service Combat Duty Coat - This holds subduded rank insignia to show that you are a lawful combatant.
    (-)

Combat Undershirt and Underware - These sops up sweat from the rigors of combat.
    (-)

Service Trousers or Combat Britches - These are what ever is covering your legs.
    (-)

Combat Boots - This is whatever covers your feet and ankles to prevent injury in the field.
( Regulations state a boot is anything that provides ankle support and has a hard sole. )

Combat Belts - Milspec webbing or leather that does not sag over time.
( Decorations or stamped patterns are fine as long as they do not interfere with the main function of making sure your belt holds your pants at
their proper height. That changes person to person based on anatomy. )

Duty Firearm and Sword/Knife - These are milspec tools of war.
( Clean and serviable. Two extra magazines some where acessible on the person. A training record signed off by a range officer must be on file
for Compentancy in those paticural arms. Swords currently approved for training are sabers, epees, rapiers, bayonetts and k-bars. Estocs, hand
and half swords, and arming swords have been used by the us armed forces in the past so may be listed still. Pistols need to be in service
      calibers and use military ordinance.
      Currently that is 5.56mil, 5.7mil, 6.8mil, 7.62mil, 9mil, 40 cal, 45 cal, 330 lupa, 338 lupa, 380 ACP, 12 gauge shotgun (bean bag, slug).
50 cal is an antimaterial round and would have to be shot at a material target to disable an enemy combatant, and not directly at an enemy
combatatant. Such as a plate glass window or wall. Shooting the wall to fall over has the issue of doing more damage to the surounding area,
thus illegal as a military round for anti-personel use. Depending on if knives or full sized swords are used and if a sholder holster is used to
discretely hide the duty pistol under the frock coat or dress shirt, determines what type of gun belts are required. Thigh holsters work with some
load outs and not with others.

Gloves and atruments - These are gear not covered elsewhere.
( The gloves are optional but if worn need to be leather or fabric bleached white as snow to show every sigh of dust or dirt.
Glasses have to be servicealbe and translucent. They have to let enough light pass through then so that a military TO can be read without
      taking them off.
Medical personal have to have mop suit level gloves for treatment on them at all times. The thousand mile an hour tape can be worn in a thigh
pocket or hung off a belt in a medical sealed pouch with a red cross and white package.

As per the Universal Code of Military Justice underware and socks have to be worn with the uniform.
(As to what type it has to warm when wet plus clean and servicealbe when put on. Techinally the regulation say at all
times but taking a shower in cloth tends to get the clothes cleaner than the body.)
minor note the generation has to be  hand edited to fix some of the indents and lack of control over id names and labels of the site but I wanted to get the information down an presentable before I start tweaking the code because all of those tweaks have to be made after the code is generated on the fly as I type.
The United State Marines Corp are almost everything a knight order is. They have to be catholic who hold ethics and honor and duty to God and Country above duty to self. They have to be catholic but only a recognized religion is nessacary that had stood the test of time to part an order. They are missing having to take the bar exam like every other essquire when they visit a new state.

So working off the old roman army stucture of the nine hundred tough legionaires as a vanguard that rode at the stirups of knights know as Eo or Eques, the Marines could use the concept to in the new structure set up the US Marines as a US Knight order, this gives them a structure inside the unified command with a little flexiblity. They would report to the US Armed Forces like they do to the Department of the Navy. They could still run basic for everyone. Then they take the toughest nine hundred of them and those are embassy guards including the office of the president's guard. They are not targets but defenders.

This way they keep the braid for completing marine infantry school, and if they complete reglious training can chose to wear the blue and white of a Catholic Knight or the plain blue of a Mairne. The point is the tradition is infantry first, but use a calavry saber thus dragoons. Training would require basic, advanced weapons training to includ some kind of sword including traing with a k-bar, and ethics and law courses to prepare them to pass the local state bar exam. The duty is one the left shoulder and the faith on the right shoulder.

They would need to unifry the bases with the rest of the service, one bed and one bath per troop. The first shirt in the first bedroom on the first floor. Officer floors and enlisted floor seperate so that comments can be made when people are needing to feel safe. The troops would fill the lower floors until all the troops were accounted for. One bases that family sections there would have to be officers without children living on the top floor of the barracks, but the other  troops would have an attrum style home per four married troops, built by the army corp of engineers, and would have to maintain an armory and range that doubles as a sally or dojo. They have to test for technical officer every year if they are not on another officer track.

Marines retired as dragoons are stuck as ready reseve, and have to train with firearm and sword at least a thousand rounds a month that score to sixty points. One point hits the target, plus two for the outer ring (3 points), plus three for the red circle or sub moa (five points). Tweleve submoa rounds is sixty points.

The aeroframes and airframes would have to be issued by the Armed Forces but could be maintained by the units.
Ordis Sancti Draconis is currently the highest standing ordis and order. This is constitutional issue. If part of the unifed armed forces there has to means to deal with
the fact the One Apostila Holy Roman Catholic Church, appoints the head of the ordis. It is standing army and only congress is allowed to raise standing armies but
the sitting congress in july of 1993 in the year of our lord, chose to approve it as a forigen Ordis, while the One Apostila Holy Roman Catholic Church, saw it as
being reconsacrated as United States Ordis despite it's founding a long time ago as One Apostila Holy Roman Catholic Church Order based out of Vatican City, Rome.
So currently it is an honorary Ordis, that has to have it knights go through the United States Armed Forces to confirm that they are of good moral standing and
basic ablity as knights. The United States Department of Defense recognized it's ability to raise generals. So likely any units under it's colors likely have to also be
assigned to local military command. Note the vatican, the united kingdom and the united states of america have to agree on this ordis colors, I have too many oaths
at this point for this to be simply but as a principle heir my colors in england are controlled by the queen, in the united states of america the ordis sancti draconis has
to work from argent and azure the traditional colors of the Ordis it was reconscrated from. Vlad tempes order was a child order to the orignal order before John Paul the second appointed me to position of Knight Commander of the Ordis because of things that the vatican may or may not want known. I still have to ask in person.
The knights of columbus are missing the military service componet.

So basically they should all have had to serve at least two years of military service in good conduct. They may already do this that is between the Department of Defense, Congress and the knight commander of the order.

Being a knight order they are military veterns or are supposed to be, which means that they can be called up by the federal army or the home guard units in the state they reside in. Knights are still saluted for their military rank worn on the collar or should boards, if they have military service.

They would need to have a chapter house that meets united states stutues for a monstary with a barrack that has one bed and bath for every knight on the roles. From there it is up the knight commander of the order.
All other knight ordis and orders:

They have to maintain an acadamy to train United States Military Veterans in ethics and law. The two years military service with an honorable discharge confirms two years of good conduct.

This way the country squires with only one level of standing for passing the bar exam, could with two years of good conduct in the military be utilized by the state sherfis department to investigate corruption at the direction of civilian oversight.

For example state congress have the right to raise armies. They do this via the home guard and the state police or sheiffs department it varies from state to state but either way they can take the existing police academy stucture and send military veterans in good standing through the bar exam and then through the acadamy knight program to teach law and ethics. The knights would only have standing unless working for state sherif's department or rangers or what
ever it happens to be called since as new jersey calls them state troopers. The are the executive branch of the state legislative body working with the state judical body. The best use for country squires would be investigating rico violations but it would be up to the civialian oversight to figure that out. An Essquire
holds proven ethics while a squire holds both ethics and military service. In the USA they polish their own boots like squires did in days of yore.

They would need to have a chapter house that meets united states stutues for a monstary with a barrack that has one bed and bath for every knight on the roles. From there it is up the knight commander of the order whom is appointed by a church with two hundred years of history.

Knight Commanders are set by religions because they have to answer to something that holds them accountable for their actions even in death.

Colors and arms have to approved through the department of defense college of heraldry unless the federal congress creates another college of arms. The colors of an ordis or order would be worn in place of a chaplins rope or Aiguillette, which means that even if it takes ten to twenty five years to get the colors
through the college arms, in the united kingdom it takes years to get the words to always mean what they want to paint. In the mean time they would likely
wear a sable Aiguillette to show that colors had not yet been approved, as sable is the absenes of hue.
So one of the most problematic issues is military housing. The enlisted want to move off base because it is not there home. The best way to fix this is to tear down the old aging barracks and replace them with atrums built of stone. This way you can create dorms that would mirror the married personel's homes. You create a one bed and one bath rooms with the first shirt's office and his quarters on the first floor. The officers live on the top floor, with green or sward in the center that can be used as a sally or dojo and a rifle and pistol range. With an armory to maintain each troops arms and combat novum(shiny armor). The family area ones need to be big enough for sports to be
played on, each corner is a different family. The unmarried troops would need their own bed and bath, but would want more room for an enlisted club and relaxation areas.
